During your event, my approach is to stay present and aware of everything happening around me. I’m constantly watching for key moments, interactions, and details — capturing both what’s planned and what naturally unfolds. I move through the space intentionally, documenting the event as it happens without interrupting the flow. When needed, I’ll step in to gather people or guide quick group photos, but overall, the goal is to keep things feeling natural and unobtrusive.
